Overview
The Cozy Vibes Shop works with print-on-demand suppliers, which means that the products we offer are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color or simply changed your mind.
However, in the case of a damaged product or manufacturing error, we can offer a free replacement or refund if you contact us within 14 days of your product delivery. Please get in touch with us by using our Product Issue Form and provide a clear photo of the item showing the issue.
If there is an issue affecting multiple products with the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation.
Replacement & Refunds
Once we have received your completed form and photo or video submission, we will contact you to keep you updated on when to expect your refund or replacement.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
